Key Responsibilities

2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and hiring.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience using an applicant tracking system.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience recruiting for technology or software companies.
2. Experience working with AI technology or other cutting-edge tools.
3. Professional certifications in Human Resources or related fields.
