Threat Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Talanture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential cyber threats to our platform and clients. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, data science, and sales teams to ensure the security and integrity of our AI-powered talent intelligence platform.

Role Impact

The Threat Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in protecting Talanture's platform and clients from cyber threats. Your expertise in threat analysis and mitigation will help ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our platform, and enables our clients to make data-driven decisions and find the best talent for their teams securely.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and analyze cyber threats and vulnerabilities that may impact Talanture's platform and clients
2. Develop and implement threat mitigation strategies and techniques to protect the platform and clients
3. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure the security and reliability of the platform
4. Provide threat intelligence reports and briefings to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
5. Stay abreast of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continually improve Talanture's security posture

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field
3. Strong understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques
4. Experience with security operations, incident response, and threat hunting
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and threat intelligence platforms

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
2. CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification
3. Experience with cloud security and DevOps
4. Experience working in AI/ML environments
5. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
