DevOps Engineer

Overview

Talanture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack, streamlining our development and deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Role Impact

As a DevOps Engineer at Talanture, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our mission to transform the recruitment process through AI technology. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our development and deployment processes, and ultimately, the quality of our platform and the value it delivers to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure for our AI-powered talent intelligence platform
  2. Collaborate with development teams to streamline development and deployment processes, and ensure smooth integration with our platform
  3. Proactively monitor and maintain system health, performance, and availability, and take necessary actions to ensure high levels of reliability and uptime
  4. Automate repetitive tasks, and implement disaster recovery and backup processes
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools and technologies, and continuously improve our processes and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role
  3. Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  4. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
  5. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  6. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
  2. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
  3. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  4. Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001)
